Paying debts

So much to do and so little time to do it! So this time I am going to multi-process the Quick and Dirty tag :-)

First, the long delayed fashion hint that is also a “thank you” to the designers, a Christmas gift for the readers that like to see almost naked women (yes, probably you, admit it! *winks*) and a shameless excuse to get traffic from World of Fashion.

Here you have, my favorite clothing freebie from now on! It comes from the Greenies, as this post says. Also, I am wearing a freebie skin from Dutch Touch group members and posing in a tent from The Rustica. I don’t approbe the tent isn’t mod; in fact, I almost never buy no mod furniture, since I like to edit/script and addapt it, but their furniture is wonderfull, and I simply had to buy it (I’ll tell you about their beautifull moddable bed with the incredible usefull posts some other day :-).

No more fashion related items, so here comes the cut; but keep reading!.

Time to do the meme theshadow so charmingly tagged me, tag Tim, even if he doesn’t likes it, and even if I feel guilty about it, tag Zippora, because I am multiprocessing and I want to use it as an excuse to mention her latest post; it is the soul of blogging :-).

1. Are you and early shopper or a late shopper?

I am a late everything. I keep letting for tomorrow whatever I don’t really MUST to do today. Sometimes it is good, because it let me avoid some things I don’t want to do, and sometimes it is bad, since all the good gifts run out when I try to buy them.

2. What is your favorite cartoon (current or past)?

It is Miyazaki’s “My Neiborhood Totoro”, but since it seems anime isn’t allowed as an answer, I’ll choose the old Warner cartoons made by Chuck Jones, with the Pink Panther in a close second place.

3. On a scale of 1-10, how competent are you on home repair projects?

A nine. It whould be a ten if it weren’t for the mess I did when I tried to fix the bathroom sink (it is full of stars!). Sadly my husband is a lso a nine-tenish, so we usually try to get the other to fix things, we almost never do anything and our house is a mess, almost as bad as the bathroom one :-p.

4. What is your favorite holiday tradition?

Hard to say. Christmas is a trying time with a lot (a huge lot!) of unwanted family stress, and we don’t buy gifts to each other anymore… but since we had our little girl everything changed, and I think our favorite tradition is to carefully tune her Christmas desire and hope. in a slow slope that keeps her happily jumpy the 24. He is coming to town, after all!!!

5. Describe your favorite kiss? Do you give it or receive it?

If we are talking physically, I am pretty lame at RL and may favorites are little, sweet pecks, no tongue invited. My best kiss was the first one that the man that will end being my husband gived to me… saying goodbye at the street, trembling, and not only because it was cold; it was fast, akward and I’ll treasure it forever.

Now, the three last ones. I could have used the multiprocess excuse to tag them and reach the selected five, but I know they are busy and don’t want to risk them to feel obliged.

So, here you have one, two and three links, totally different in content, all of them worth taking a look at them, from three virtual persons truly worth to be met, a beautifull, tiny sliver of what SL community can give to us.

Accostumed to walk through a real world where you don’t talk to strangers, it is clear that the biggest gift that SL has gived to me is it’s people. I am not talking only about love and friends; yes, there are creeps and morons at SL, but most virtual people I’ve met, hundreds of them, are interesting, caring.

If nice people at SL shined, we whould be blinded.
